Pilates Mat Classes
Pilates mat exercises are a combination of the original exercises designed by Joseph Pilates as well as new physiotherapy based exercises. Out mat classes are 1 hour small group classes, suitable for beginners through to advanced. The small class numbers allows for close supervision of technique ensuring clients get the most possible out of each session. These classes teach you how to correctly activate and maintain your core whilst moving and strengthening your arms and legs.
We use a variety of accessories in our classes such as foam rollers, magic circles, theraband and fitballs.
Our studio is complete with thick mats, dimmed lighting and air-conditioning making our clients feel very comfortable.
Wear comfortable clothes and socks as well as bringing 2 towels.
No booking is required for Pilates Mat classes.
We also offer Clinical Pilates Mat Classes which are conducted by a physiotherapist who specifically tailors the program to suit those those recovering from injury. Bookings are required for Clinical Pilates Mat classes as these can be booked separately.
