If you are wanting to be fit but cant fit it in, or just want to get more out your training sessions, then using a personal trainer may be your answer. They will provide you with all of the motivation and guidance you need to achieve your health goals during.

Sessions can be booked for the Mudgee fitness studio from 6am- 7pm Monday-Friday and Gulgong by request.

Prefer to train with a friend? Then organise a duet or small group. Price on request.
