If you are wanting to be fit but cant fit it in, or just want to get more out your training sessions, then using a personal trainer may be your answer. They will provide you with all of the motivation and guidance you need to achieve your health goals during these chilly winter months.

They have sessions available in their Mudgee and Gulgong fitness studios from 6am- 7pm Monday-Friday.

You can also attend as a duet or small group. Price on request.
